Shipping

All items that are being shipped from Mary Elizabeth Home are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Smaller packages (weighing less than one pound) are shipped USPS Ground Advantage Mail (formerly USPS First Class Mail), and larger packages weighing over one pound are shipped USPS Priority Mail. All paid orders will have a tracking number. Products shipped from a third party are being shipped from their warehouse and will have different ship-by and delivery dates. Those dates are supplied when your are placing your order and are based on the warehouse's production time.

 

Return Policy

All items, except for pillow covers, are final sale. Pillow covers can be returned within seven (7) days of being delivered. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged. If the item arrived damaged, photos must be provided to show damage. Items must be in new, unused condition in order for a full refund to be given. Once item has been returned and inspected, a refund will be issued.
